AirWatt is the data company that provides insight from user energy usage behavior. We are now in the stage of expanding the business, we are not looking for a person who will be filled in the title. We are looking for a partner, who has the entrepreneurial spirit and mindset, that together we could thrive in the business.

Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and developing relationships with new clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales. We are looking for a candidate who also needs to have a good management skill and is able to build a new team.
 

Number of Hours/ week: 40 hours/week

Working hour: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 

Working day: Monday to Friday

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • You will be in charge of creating effective business plans to generate more revenue, increase brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction.

  • You will build a proactive business development team, build and maintain relationships with sales partners.

  • You will work well with other teams to oversee the progress of business development. 

  • You will generate new businesses and build strong Client’s bases.

  • You will build and propose a sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.

  • You will be able to maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.

  • You will identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.

  • You will actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.

  • You will be brainstorming with the founding team to evaluate and improve the sales pipeline, evaluate the priority and the importance of each target market.

  • Other main duties will be discussed in the interview.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree: Diploma and above
  • Proven track record of success driving revenue in developing and executing on new business

  • Experience of expanding the client base, generating incremental revenue and expanding business opportunities from existing relationships

  • Have great proposal writing, presentation & pitching skills

  • Demand an entrepreneur minded individual with high energy and strong motivation to sell.

  • Good command in English.

  • Proven experience in successfully managing people to achieve performance goals.

  • Open and direct, trustworthy, loyal and ethical. 

  • At least 3 years Business Development Experience (refer B2B).
