As a Content Manager of Xiaomi Vietnam, you will play an instrumental role supporting the Xiaomi and building the leading marketing property in phone and AIoT category. Your mission will be to work closely with leadership and team to own content strategy execution on phone, AIoT, and other related topics.
We are looking for a talented and passionate content manager who is detail-oriented and excited to contribute to a rapidly growing team and company. This person has strong writing and editing skills, an eye for user-experience, and an understanding of how content drives traffic to increase sales. You are a creative thinker and you are comfortable brainstorming and openly sharing ideas.
We expect Content Manager also be the one who have good creative idea for viral clips and tiktok activities as well.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leads comprehensive content vision and strategy
- Oversees the development and execution of monthly editorial calendars through all platforms including digital channels and social media and others in order to:
- Reflect the brand voice, delivers effective, cohesive brand messaging to the consumer and achieves brand objectives;
- Extends and grows the core retail and online business;
- Create highly engaging, informative content.
- Support key editorial tasks such as writing copy for review pages, infographics, videos scripts, social posts and email.
- Ensures all messaging is consistent with our brand guidelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
This role requires an assertive, collaborative and innovative Content Manager who has most of the following skillsets and experiences:
- 5 – 7 years of experience as content manager/creative manager for a organization in a corporate or agency role.
- Strong detail-orientation with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good in verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
- Proven leadership & strategic skills.
- Creativity with ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content
- Conceptual thinking with the ability to see the big picture and to contextualise. Conceptual thinking requires an ability to imagine what could be, to ask why not, and to ask what if.
- Agency management experience is preferred
