JOB DESCRIPTION
In partnership with the Market or Line of Business leader, responsible for all aspects of mid-sized outsourcing pursuits; including financials, solutions, development of win strategy, the leadership of all client-facing meetings, and contract negotiations.
- Responsible for and has full ownership of local Real Estate outsourcing financial modeling. Support regional outsourcing pursuits with local input.
- Establishes corporate relationships with key decision-makers across various organizational levels.
- Leads interactions in a client-facing role in integrated facilities management pursuits.
- Manages the creation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials with the pursuit team and national/local marketing professionals, as directed by Executive Leader.
- Prepares and is accountable for the business' marketing and business development budgets.
- Strong understanding of each service line, platform, and value proposition. Responsible for the overall strategy and proposed solution for assigned pursuits, driving customization for target clients.
- Coordination and governance of sales activity throughout the sales process including qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing presentation, and negotiation.
- Evaluates industry and business trends and analyzes performance and responds with necessary business change.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience for the business development manager position.
- Experience must include commercial real estate developing outsourcing solutions, pricing, and org development models.
- Technically savvy with operational experience in facilities management is a plus.

- Requires advanced financial skills and knowledge to review financials and provide guidance to the pricing analyst on the commercial strategy to ensure a profitable business
- Candidate should be able to prioritize key initiatives, develop business cases for budgets and reserve investments to align operational units towards common business development goals.
3. Reasoning Ability
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents such as complex and lengthy RFP documents.
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
- Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
