As Channels Manager you will work directly with the Marketing Manager to develop, service, and manage relationships with channel partners in the market (included: KA, DKA, and E-commerce partners). You will be the day-to-day key contact point for channel partners. You will be working with them in developing marketing strategies and activities solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with Xiaomi Marketing internal teams to provide marketing finance and ad operation support to channel partners. Your ultimate goal is to enable channel partners in achieving their sales targets.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain and build relationships with the key accounts
  • Engage with the wider Xiaomi team including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to enable partners in your market
  • Following closely daily checklist from partners and collect information for the report.
  • Together partners marketing teams to develop and execute a marketing plan for key accounts that meets or exceeds sales and margin targets
  • Grow existing product offerings with key accounts while introducing new product opportunities
  • Provide regular interface with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide direction to the marketing department on key marketing opportunities with the key accounts to support the sales effort
  • Seek out and communicate meaningful insights from key accounts and the market
  • Deliver reporting, performance assessment, and communicate results to key stakeholders from both the Marketing team and partners’ side in order to rapidly scale success. 
  • Supporting Marketing Manager to Work closely with the various departments in the Marketing industry Nation Wide to ensure the accurate execution of local marketing activity

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 7-10 years experience in media & ad sales teams with at least 4 years in channel management 
  • Sound understanding & experience of digital ads ecosystem and navigating challenges in the channels space 
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders 
  • Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions 
  • Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects 
  • Strong Sales Tool/CRM experience 
  • Proven track record of delivering against targets
