Your Role
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Analyst responsible for delivering technical and insight supports to our customers. The primary work location will be in Beijing, China as part of the APAC team.
Key Responsibilities

Handle clients’ inquiries and problems via phone and e-mail, including subscription contract renewal

Search new prospects and maintain existing customer relationships

Conduct onsite training sessions and provide web-based supports
-
Interface with business users to define analytical requirements.

Able to map out workflows, make processes as efficient as possible, and recommend solutions.

Be capable of compiling data from a variety of applications, systems, and sources to create/summarize for analysis.

Collaborate with the Account Managers, Sales, Research and Consulting teams to drive growth and retention

Participate in relevant conferences and industry events to represent our company and products
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration

At least 5 years of experience in customer service, experience in the Oil & Gas industry/ energy industry is preferred.

Strong analytical mindset with excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Good at Mandarin and English (especially speaking and writing)

Willing to travel for work

Good collaboration

Good Leadership skill

Challenge mindset and Hands-on.
