JOB DESCRIPTION
- Take responsibilities for enterprise business and the sales team in Vietnam.
- Formulate the overall go-to-market strategy (price, product positioning, marketing and sales strategy) of the company, and lead the team to implement
- Doing the planning strategically for monthly, quarterly, yearly and drive the team accordingly.
- Build up the sustainable relationship between Xiaomi and vertical market customers.
- Lead the distributors to potential customers, and solve the market problems encountered by customers with headquarter; Tap the customer's requirements for smartphones and ecosystem products, collect competitors’ product information, and follow up target customers
- Aim at developing global market business, set up effective marketing plan, and lead the team to achieve sales target;
- Effectively carry out market research, demand collection, industry development foresight, and work closely with product and R&D team to improve product optimization and sales;
- Build marketing team, establish, complement, develop and train marketing team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Working in smartphone industry for operators or retailors is preferred, more than 08 years of working experience & 02 in the same position is preferred;
- Fluent in English, marketing related major, bachelor degree or above.
- In-depth understanding of smart phone industry and sales market.
- Extensive connections in consumer electronics and smartphone industry;
- Have strong market development, customer communication skills, strong team management skills;
- Passionate, strong sense of teamwork, good at cooperating with people;
- Potential Leadership ability is essential
- Business trip often.
