JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage to operate departmental budgets and costs. Be accountable for net sales/EBIT/headcount responsibility
  • Manage to operate departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with clients to achieve overall business objectives and profitability
  • Manage the business integration process for new clients to ensure smooth client integration
  • Gather and report client operational results in comparison to KPIs set in the service level agreements
  • Explore any opportunities of new business for existing clients by working with the Business Development team; manage the contract renewal process
  • Take necessary actions to resolve clients' operational issues/service complaints
  • Manage and schedule business communications and business review meetings with clients' management teams
  • Act as front-line DKSH representative with the client management team to facilitate ad hoc operational issue resolution, escalating to senior management as appropriate
  • Act as a DKSH representative to communicate all other necessary issues to clients' management teams.
  • Manage and oversee the team’s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set
  • Drive and manage learning and development of the team in the area of Client Management and DKSH behaviors to achieve team/function goals
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Client Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years’ experience of Sales Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing.
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skill
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • PC literate – Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Possess strong influencing/persuasiveness abilities
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
  • Demonstrate strong client management and communication skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
  • Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
