WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Deploy new services
• Drafting contracts, completing papers and procedures for reaching new customers
• Conduct implementability survey (price, infrastructure ...)
• Coordinate and supervise the progress of implementing projects
• Update customer information, revenue ...
• Channel rental and procurement
• Reconcile service revenue with the Accounting department, and assist in debt collection
• Recordkeeping
2. Execute contract extension
• Review price / bandwidth, and propose the appropriate price / bandwidth information to the Manager
• Drafting renewal agreement / policy
• Update customer information, revenue ...
3. Customer care
• Carrying out customer care for special occasions
• Contact customers to confirm information about implementation and troubleshooting
• Advise customers on procedures for upgrading, relocating, ...
• Survey of customer satisfaction about the service
• Regular contact with customers
4. Reports
• Report on revenue, customers, generated bandwidth, channel rental comparison and support for 2 regions (HAN - Hanoi and SGN - Saigon)
• SGN's channel rental report
• Report work progress

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from colleges and universities with related subjects
• Proficient in office computing (excel, word, powerpoint)
• Good conversational English
• Active and active
• Good analytical thinking
• Efficiently communicate
• Have a teamwork spirit
